1998 Evening Dress by
Franco Moschino(1950-94) - MilanAfter working as an illustrator, Franco Moschino started a clothing business in 1983. His irreverent designs have often ridiculedthe seriousness of the fashion industry. Constructed from a petticoat and 20 bras, this example is a cheeky take on the little black dress. Cotton and polyesterNOTE: I wonder if he just didn't like women.

Tee hee. I don't think this means he has a problem with women...but I'm sure he IS poking fun at fashion. ;-)
ReplyDeleteI LIKE it!
Wow....what a monstrosity! I wonder if anyone's worn it before?!
ReplyDeleteHappy Wordless Wednesday!
Here's my post:
In Nature
I wonder that about most fashion designers!
ReplyDeleteThat is a weird-looking dress! Has anyone ever worn it?
ReplyDeleteI don't know if anyone has ever had the nerve to wear it. Seems it would have hit all the tabloids if they had. This one was in the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
