Odd Shots on Monday - "Fossils"


Does anyone know what kind of fossils these are? Found them on a hiking trail in Georgetown, Texas.

  4. I've not seen fossils quite like that, with those arched bits so prominent. I hope someone can identify them for you.

  7. Well since the Hill Country is mostly limestone,(caused by a shallow ocean), I would guess that the bones you discovered were from some sort of an ancient sea creature.
